Brand new for 2025 - Trauma Informed Supervision!
Providing effective supervision has never been more important. In today’s increasingly stretched and demanding workplaces, how we support our staff and teams plays a vital role in delivering high-quality services, and in safeguarding wellbeing and retention.
Whether you’ve previously received supervisory training or have been learning as you go, this training is for you.
Trauma-Informed Supervision offers a powerful framework to enhance your supervisory practice while also strengthening your own resilience and wellbeing. By understanding the widespread impact of trauma, supervisors can create supportive, safe, and reflective relationships that foster trust, transparency, and mutual respect. This approach encourages open communication, reduces stigma, and promotes psychological safety. Staff feel genuinely seen and valued, which, in turn, increases job satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Research shows that trauma-informed supervision significantly reduces the risk of burnout and secondary traumatic stress—particularly in high-stress or care-focused roles.
Join us for a full day of Trauma-Informed Supervision Training, where you’ll gain practical tools, frameworks, and insights to elevate your leadership and contribute to a healthier, more compassionate workplace culture.
