Our Schools Training Pathway supports educators, leaders, and whole-school communities to build safe, relational environments where pupils can learn, thrive, and belong.

This pathway takes you from core safeguarding and awareness through to leadership and whole-school systems change. Each stage is grounded in trauma-informed principles, combining practice knowledge, lived experience, and the latest research.
