As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with a physical disability, I started private practice online in 2020. I have 15 years’ experience working in psychology and have supported people with challenges including low self-esteem, eating disorders and identity issues. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ community and clients with varying disabilities and chronic health conditions.
I'm also a mental health trainer in schools supporting young people build resilience and offer exam stress workshops. This is where I initially developed my ‘disability and understanding ableism’ CPD.
I love going to musical theatre shows and I am a huge fan of Athletics.
