Having initially trained and worked as a nurse then health visitor Shelia trained to be a teacher while working in an FE college and began teaching in a range of settings.
Shelia was a senior leader and head of a small school for children in care and then went on to be head of the virtual school for children in care in a number of different local authorities.
Now she mostly delivers training in personal development, phonics for teachers and issues related to vulnerable children such as trauma, attachment, emotion coaching and behaviour.
