Natalie is a proud social worker with almost 15 years post-qualifying experience across a number of national, local government and third sector organisations. She is a skilled trainer, consultant and senior leader.

As the head of improvement for the UK’s largest employer of social workers Natalie was responsible for the learning and development of more than 1700 practitioners, maintaining an 'outstanding' level of practice across the organisation. Natalie's reputation for high quality, engaging training also led to her delivering workshops internationally, in Monserrat, Anguilla and the Channel Islands.

Natalie is passionate about poverty-aware practice, domestic abuse and court-based social work. She brings with her lived experience of supporting a sibling with Down’s Syndrome and, as a result of this, benefitted from social work intervention in her own childhood.
