Caroline works in a Primary School and is a trainer, graphic recorder, writer, life coach and facilitator based in Scotland and writes:
"I love, am loved, have great family and friends, love laughing and learning. I cared for both parents who lived and died with dementia. I also cared for my husband who died in 2014.
My passions are derived from profound life changing experiences.
I graduated from study with Dr Gabor Mates training on compassionate inquiry around trauma which has further deepened the work I do.
My life purpose is to support others to find theirs, dealing with their own trauma and self awareness in the process in a concise and thoughtful manner."
