Brand new for 2025 - A Train the Trainer Package!

Are you supporting young people between the ages of 16 - 25? Are you feeling like you need more in your toolkit to really support them in moving forward in their lives as they grapple with overcoming trauma, inequity and system failures? Then this one day event is for you.

Having identified a need for a programme focused on young people growing aspiration, supporting relational wealth and building confidence, the Whatever!® Youth Coaching Programme was conceived by Dr Lisa Cherry in 2014. Utilising a Train The Trainer model, it has been developed and informed by research and refined further.

The Whatever!® programme offers a dynamic series of eight different workshops, delivered over eight weeks each lasting two hours and focusing on a specific area of Personal Development. Whatever!® is designed for and around young people aged between 16 – 24 years old with delivery to around 12 young people per programme.

This session is for you if you work with young people who are Care Leavers, those not in education or training, Young Carers, unhoused/vulnerably housed or those self-soothing with addiction and those in connection with criminal justice services.

You will leave the day with a complete Train the Trainer package which includes slides from the day, a young person's guide and a complete trainer's guide with full instructions on how to deliver each session, alongside various downloadable items to support your Whatever Youth Coaching sessions.
